Three fun and interactive guided tours organized by the art education students of Aalto ARTS:
– Mystery of the missing artwork: THEFT! Come and help the art detectives of Aalto ARTS to find the stolen artwork from the Art Fair Suomi Festivals.
– Fridge magnet poetry for contemporary art – a participatory gallery walk. Here is your chance to compose poems while looking at art.
– Guided tour with the Aalto ARTS/ UIAH artists. This tour introduces you to the festival artists, who have studied or worked in Aalto or UIAH.
Art Fair Suomi is a unique meeting point of art for the public, artists and other art professionals. It is an international contemporary art festival consisting of sales exhibitions and various art events: discussions, screenings etc. Gathered under the same roof are over 1000 pieces of photographic art, media and video art, installations, sound art, paintings, sculptures, 20 artist run galleries — and the art education students from the Aalto University.
