Galleria Huuto is run by the association Mehiläispesä ry / Bikupa rf, that consists of over hundred visual artists. The decisions are made by the board, consisting of member artists, and the daily routine is under the lead of the executive manager Henni Oksman, with the help of varying workers and practitioners, at the moment 1 and 1. Galleria Huuto was founded in 2002 in Helsinki. At the moment we have four (to five) exhibition spaces in two different locations in Helsinki, and besides the 68 exhibitions a year we organise various events.
