Gallery Pirkko-Liisa Topelius is a Helsinki based art gallery established in 1988. Known for its diverse art, the gallery was previously located at Uudenmaankatu and Ullanlinnankatu, but has since found a home at Hietalahdenranta.
The fundamental goal of the gallery is to discover both unknown and young artists. The art promoted by the gallery is topical and consists of a variety of different art forms, with exhibitions changing every three weeks.

The independent tours for children enable gallery visits according to your own schedule and with adults. At the gallery there are two different kinds of tasks for children. In the bingo younger children get to look for colours and shapes in the artworks. In the crossword puzzle children can search the pieces for words that go to the puzzle. By showing a completed task sheet to the gallery staff children will receive a sticker as a prize.
The activity is organised by Eidos ry, the association of art history students at the University of Helsinki.
Please note that there is also other program at the gallery. We advice you to time your visit outside of the times of the other program.

Welcome to a guided gallery tour in simple Finnish!
Art Fair Suomi and Selkokulttuuri ry organise two guided gallery tours in simple Finnish. The tours will take you to the exhibitions of Gallery Pirkko-Liisa Topelius and Forum Box.
The tour will be held in simple Finnish. Participants will also get an exhibition description text in simple Finnish in advance.
The tours are free of charge but signing up beforehand is required. Welcome!
