What does the programme of Art Fair Suomi Goes Galleries consist of?

Art Fair Suomi Goes Galleries festival consists of 29 exhibitions and about 80 events, with almost 100 participating artists. The exhibitions and events take place in 24 different galleries and exhibitions spaces across Helsinki and online.

How much does it cost to participate?

All exhibitions are free of charge – as galleries are throughout the year! Almost all events are also free of charge – except for a couple of events with a small entry fee. More info on the Exhibitions and events site.

Do I need to sign up for the exhibitions.

No, there’s no need to sign up for the exhibitions. You can visit galleries whenever suits you best. Do note, however, that the galleries have some events throughout the week that require pre-registration. You will find the information of each gallery’s schedules on the Galleries site.

How do I sign up for the events?

Most of the events require pre-registration. You can sign up on the Exhibitions and events site. On the site, go to the Events tab and you get a full listing of the events. You can filter them by day or by event type. When you click the arrow symbol on the right hand side, you will see more information of the event and the registration link.

We follow the existing Covid-19 restrictions and can only allow 10 people per event. Sign up to ensure your place! You can also sign up for the queue, we will let you know if new spots become available.

Some events, such as artist meetings, do not require registration in advance. Galleries can only let in 10 people at a time, so you might need to wait a little while if it’s busy. The gallery staff is happy to help.

Virtual events do not require signing up.
